Mercure Schiphol Terminal is located on the 1st floor in lounge 3. This is between gates E and F. To reach the hotel from outside the airport, please proceed to departure hall 3 and pass customs on the 2nd floor above check-in desks 22 and 23. After customs turn right and you will find the hotel.
